It includes the same smart-home platform, indoor air monitoring, ERV ventilation, and high-efficiency HVAC found across the ContainerSolutions lineup — all built into a compact, move-in ready unit.

Delivered fully finished and ready to install, the Pod20 is designed for situations where efficiency matters most: accessory dwelling units, guest houses, and short-term rentals where a smaller footprint is an advantage, not a limitation.

Every Pod20 is built on the same foundation as the full lineup — Corten steel structure, 3-layer corrosion protection, closed-cell spray foam insulation, and residential-grade systems throughout. The size is smaller. The standard isn’t.
